Penn Cellars is a neighborhood wine and spirits shop at 1 Pennsylvania Plaza, in the heart of Midtown. We keep a tight, hand-picked selection across liquor, wine and non-alcoholic, chosen because we would drink it ourselves rather than because a distributor pushed it.
