These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Penn Cellars, 1 Pennsylvania Plaza, New York, NY 10119.

Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to browse, order, or accept delivery from this site. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup and at delivery, and the person receiving the order must be 21 or older and not visibly intoxicated. If ID cannot be produced, we will cancel the order and may charge a restocking or redelivery fee.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and to stock on hand. Prices, taxes, and fees are shown at checkout. We try to keep listings accurate, but if an item is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we will contact you to substitute, adjust, or refund. Vintages, labels, and package sizes may vary from the photograph shown.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup orders are held for a limited period and may be returned to stock after that. Delivery is available only within the areas we are licensed to serve, and delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees. We cannot leave alcohol unattended.

Payment

Payment is taken through our payment processor at the time of order. We do not store full card details.

Returns

Because of alcohol regulations we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages except where the product is damaged, defective, or was sent in error. Contact us within a reasonable period of receiving your order and we will make it right.

Acceptable use

Do not resell products bought from this site, use the site for unlawful purposes, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
